About Marina Gnetetsky

Marina Gnetetsky

Marina Gnetetsky, artist/illustrator/painter; earned her BFA in Decorative Arts at the College of Art and Design in Kiev (Ukraine, 1980), and her MFA in Illustration at the Ukrainian Academy of Fine and Communication Arts, Kiev (Ukraine, 1989) where she was trained in a classical/traditional style of painting and drawing in a variety of media. Her art works range from those in acrylic on canvas and paper, ink and pen, pencil, watercolors, as well as mixed media. After settling in California in 1996, Marina successfully engaged in various professional/artistic fields further tuning her natural talent and passion. In 2001 she developed a recognizable poster for the First Festival of Russian Culture and Art, held in West Hollywood. Her...
